The Ulvamast V3 is the most modern development in vehicle mounted ultra-low volume (ULV) sprayers for control of migrant pests such as locusts, grasshoppers and armyworm at spray volumes of only 0.5 - 3.0 l/ha. The sprayer is easily mounted onto any suitable vehicle and is powered entirely from the vehicle battery (12 V dc).

The Ulvamast V3 incorporates a number of innovative new features including a direct drive rotary atomiser (X9 DD), a 100 litre tank, improved frame with folding mast and support arm and metal braided PTFE hose tubing. The Ulvamast V3 is available in two versions:-

Ulvamast V3 E - electronic controller (in cab) with 3 atomiser speed settings and choice of ten pre-set flowrates from 0.2 - 1.5 l/min which eliminates the need to calibrate the flowrate.

Ulvamast V3 M - Standard in cab switch box to operate the X9 DD atomiser and pump with flow rate control via in line orifice restrictor plates.

  • Proven field performance - robust and cost effective.
  • High workrates - up to 50 ha/hr.
  • Optimal spray droplet sizes of 50-100µm.
  • Compatible with all ULV formulations and biological products.
  • Powered entirely by the vehicle battery with in cab control for operator safety.
  • Choice of in-cab electronic or standard on/off controller for pump and atomiser.
