The vehicle mounted OPTISPRAY twin fluid atomiser is the most versatile twin fluid atomiser yet developed. OPTISPRAY allows use of a set spray quality over a very wide range of liquid flow rates, thus allowing the widest possible choice of application volumes and vehicle speeds for any particular spray application. Spray quality/patternation is maintained over a range of liquid properties/formulations. Spray quality can be adjusted from the cab without changing nozzles.

The unique design of OPTISPRAY gives unrivalled flexibility of control over spray quality and application volume. Being able to use one nozzle for all applications saves precious spraying time and helps improve spraying accuracy and operator safety.

OPTISPRAY offers the ability to control spray quality from the cab at the flick of a switch which gives the operator unrivalled flexibility in dealing with different situations. It means that a Very Coarse spray can be used adjacent to sensitive areas e.g. watercourses, and spray quality can then be adjusted immediately for the rest of the field in order to maximise efficiency.

OPTISPRAY is designed to allow use of low volumes at higher vehicle speeds thus giving the opportunity to hugely boost spraying productivity.
